“I love that there’s nothing 'to do' and I don’t have to be an expert. I just show up, follow along and my system takes care of the rest.”

Marcus

“It was nice to know that I didn’t need a daily or weekly routine. I started where I could and now, I practice when I need. It feels supportive, not overwhelming.”

If you've received Craniosacral Therapy -or feel drawn to it
Then you already know deep, lasting relief doesn’t come from one source alone:
  • the effort of exercises
  • the quick fix of injections, procedures and medications or
  • intellectually understanding issues.

Your body also needs the right conditions to integrate the western care you’ve done with the holistic healing it already knows how to do.

Even when you don't have an issue, you may have noticed:
You feel better, do better and sleep better when you’re present and aligned.

Not because life slows down, but because your system is working with the rhythms of life, not against it.

The Observatory, or "Obs", is Craniosacral healing for this kind of integrative healing and presence — quietly, rhythmically, and without asking you to do more.
What It Is
The Observatory Archives are a collection of long-form guided Craniosacral Therapy recordings, organized around the natural rhythm of the year.

But wait! Isn't Craniosacral Therapy (CST) a hands-on treatment?

In hands-on CST, your system heals because it’s being listened to.

In guided CST, your system heals because it’s being taught how to listen to itself.

Guided sessions bring restorative healing to the same sensory and regulatory systems that respond during hands-on work. It allows the body to soften, reorganize, and restore from the inside out.

The Observatory Archives are seasonal, long-form guided Craniosacral Therapy healings designed to support deep healing, reorganization, and embodied insight over time.

Each month highlights a seasonal doorway — the themes, techniques, and rhythms that month naturally supports — while also addressing many of the common reasons people turn to Craniosacral Therapy for support.

These sessions are designed to help you:
  • regain clarity and focus so you can feel more present
  • access deep, restorative healing through a rotating Craniosacral technique
  • work with the natural rhythms of the calendar rather than against them
  • gently maintain personal growth, resilience, and embodied insight as life unfolds

You can choose the current month for seasonal healing, or the theme of another month for the support that feels most relevant right now.

Hi there!
I'm Aimee.

If you’re still wondering how guided Craniosacral Therapy can be effective without hands-on contact, the story of how this work began is an important place to start...

My Craniosacral Therapy instructor often said: “If the work stalls, do your zones.”

Bringing awareness to the body’s internal spaces consistently helps sessions settle and flow. Then, I began guiding clients to do their zones with me and we noticed even faster and deeper releases.

Eventually, clients began using this approach on their own between sessions. For some, guided CST became a reliable way to prevent physical or mental tension patterns from returning. For others, it became a way to stay connected to themselves, access healing insights, and listen more clearly to their inner wisdom.

That’s when it became clear this work didn’t need to be gatekept in hands-on sessions.

The Observatory was created in 2019 to make guided Craniosacral Therapy more financially and logistically accessible. These Archives are 4 years, 96 hours, of the more recent Ob's semi-monthly sessions.

Guided Craniosacral Therapy works because healing doesn’t come from a practitioner—it comes through the body when the right conditions are present. Participation matters. Awareness matters. Space matters.

The Observatory exists to support that process—so your body can do what it already knows how to do.

It's common to feel a pause around this kind of work.

Not because you don't have time or because it doesn’t help, but because it does.
This kind of support tends to land differently than things you can simply consume and move on from.

It works with how your system functions and heals over time.

You're Ready For This Kind Of Healing
You don’t need more tools or more effort. You need the right conditions for your body to integrate everything you’ve already done and use it fully, instead of holding it unfinished.

This work creates the space for deep regulation, clarity, and forward movement to emerge naturally — so you’re not just coping or maintaining, but actually moving on.
Completes the healing work you’ve already done.
Full 60-minute healings — not quick fixes.
Honors and works with your body, not against it.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Why do I even need this? I already do so much self-care.
Most self-care helps you cope, relax, or manage stress.

Guided Craniosacral Therapy does something different: it creates protected space for your body to process what’s been building up beneath the surface — sensory input, tension, emotional charge, and nervous system overload that doesn’t resolve just by resting or thinking differently.

This work doesn’t replace the self-care you already do.
It helps integrate it, so everything else works better.

It’s one of the few approaches that supports your body’s original rhythms of health — the organizing patterns that allow healing to happen naturally when the conditions are right.
  • Will this work for me? What if I’m not good at this kind of thing?
That’s just it — this isn’t about you doing anything well.

Craniosacral Therapy works because your body already knows how to regulate and restore.
You’re not fixing yourself. You’re not running or shifting energy. You’re learning how to communicate the healing you're looking for and then let your body lead.

Your role is simply to create the space by observing sensory layers and your original rhythms of health. Stillness, calm clarity, healing and peace is what happens as a result.
The work is done by your nervous system, not your effort.

That’s why this can be effective even for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, struggle to be still or are unsure what they need.
  • I'm not sure I can find an hour once or twice a month for this. What if I get impatient, distracted or don’t finish?
You don’t need perfect focus — and you don’t need to “finish” a session for it to be helpful.

These sessions are designed so your nervous system continues to benefit even if your attention drifts, you rest deeply, or you fall asleep.

If you only make it partway through, that’s still meaningful.
If you repeat the same session multiple times, deep shifts still happen.
Every moment you spend in the work is a valuable step forward and investment for your nervous system.

There’s no performance requirement here, only permission.

And every time you do it, your body will crave more- making it easier to build consistency.
  • How is this different from meditation or listening to a calming audio?
Meditation usually asks you to manage your mind, attention, or breath.

    Guided CST is different.
The awareness and healing is directed to the body’s sensory and regulatory systems, where unconscious stress and tension patterns remain even after exercises and intellectual understanding treats the superficial symptoms.
But guided CST doesn't stop at releasing restrictions like most therapies. It also accesses your original organizing rhythms of health to restore alignment and flow for a deep, more complete relief you can feel.

    You’re not trying to relax.
You’re allowing your body to complete what it’s been holding onto.

In fact, why many people who struggle with meditation find this work more accessible, helpful and effective.
  • What if nothing obvious happens at first? How will I know it’s working?
This is a very common question — and it’s one I address right away in the Observer’s Guide, the very first module.

There, you’ll learn about the physical signs of release and regulation that often show up with guided CST — things like subtle shifts, changes in breathing, softening, warmth, quiet, or a sense of spaciousness. Knowing what to notice helps take the pressure off “figuring it out.”

That said, how obvious this feels can depend on how you naturally process information.

If you’re a bottom-up processor — such as someone who is highly sensitive, empathically aware, or naturally tuned into sensation — this work often feels fairly intuitive. You may notice physical or emotional shifts quickly and easily.

If you’re more of a top-down processor — someone who found school easy, thinks conceptually, or is used to understanding things before feeling them — this can take a little more patience. It’s not that the work isn’t happening; it’s that this way of learning isn’t your default.

For top-down processors, this can feel a bit like learning a new language. You may need to let yourself try it without fully understanding it at first — a gentle “fake it until you make it” phase — while your body learns something your mind isn’t used to leading.

Neither approach is better or worse. They’re just different starting points.

And regardless of processing style, changes with this work tend to be quiet and cumulative:
    -responding differently to stress
    -feeling more settled without trying
-noticing clearer signals from your body
    -less reactivity over time

You’re not looking for a dramatic moment.
You’re allowing your system to reorganize at its own pace.

If you’re unsure which processing style fits you best, you can take my short assessment here:

Still Undecided?

The Observatory Archives are a great fit if:

you want full-length (45–60 minute) Craniosacral Therapy sessions but don’t always need or want hands-on work

you value the depth of an in-person session and want a way to access that level of healing between appointments or during seasons when

you can’t come in you’re curious about exploring full CST sessions at home without committing to private-session fees

you appreciate seasonal context and long-form guidance, but don’t want a rigid schedule or anything to “keep up with”

you prefer being guided rather than figuring things out on your own

you already know your system responds well to CST and want more frequent access to deep work

The Observatory Archives may not be the best fit if:

you’re primarily looking for short, quick resets or brief stress relief you want CST to feel like something you can fit into 10–20 minutes on busy days

you’re seeking live interaction, accountability, or a group container

you prefer highly structured, step-by-step programs or outcome-driven tasks

you’re not ready to give your system the time and space deeper CST work requires

If you recognized yourself in any of this, the Observatory Archives offer a place to settle
in, explore, and receive the deeper support you need.
